Returns & Exchanges
Eligibility: We accept returns and exchanges on all unworn, undamaged belts within 30 days of the original delivery date. Items must be returned in their original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return: To start a return or exchange, please reach out to our support team with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with step-by-step instructions and the return shipping address.
Refunds: Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within a specified number of business days.
Exchanges: If you need a different size or color, specify the replacement item when contacting support. Exchanges are processed subject to product availability.
